In 2001 CBS launched the Survivor series, and television was never the same. Mattel teamed with Upper Deck in 2001 to create a popular trading card game. This lot contains 100 Upper Deck booster packs from the inaugural season of Survivor. Each pack contains 9 cards: 5 common cards, 3 uncommon cards, and 1 rare card. These extremely rare unopened packs have been resting undisturbed in a box for 19 years. Some packs have plastic attachments allowing them to be hung from the rack of a retail store. Some packs still have the original Toys R Us price tag of .99 per pack affixed to the wrapper. These original packs of Survivor cards from the first season are a true collector’s item for any Survivor fan.
