You can load this pan up with filling, it will handle a lot. If you want to replace a pie pan you have been using we suggest you check the measurements to make sure it is right for you. Need samples? A little extra attention now will pay off... we've found by experience is that it's easier and cheaper to take an extra minute or so and make sure that you buy the correct size, rather than buy the wrong pan and have to pay to ship it back to us for exchange.
