171-87  From the 1920’s here is an AMERICAN FLYER O GAUGE #1221 TINPLATE PASSENGER TRAIN SET IN THE ORIGINAL SET BOX.
The set includes:

#1218 ELECTRIC LOCOMOTIVE, TESTED, RUNS GREAT, NO REVERSE UNIT AND MISSING THE SMALL PANTOGRAPH ON ONE END OF THE BODY.  The paint is original and appears the loco was stored in a hot area as the original paint on the body appears to have been heat damaged.

ORIGINAL SET BOX, BASICALLY COMPLETE BUT WORN WITH VINTAGE TAPE REPAIRS, NO INDIVIDUAL BOXES.
The locomotive and passenger cars are clean and are Ready To Run.  The included track does not have all of the connecting pins, there is no real rust but the silver plating is discolored and some of the section have what appears green layout paint spray on the rail sides.  The transformer is included as a collectible and not intended to  be used, as it is untested and still have the original cloth cover power cord.  This is a great vintage set for the layout or collection.  Made in the U.S.A.
This electric train set will fit any type of 0/027 scale railroad steam or diesel engine freight or passenger electric train set layout.
