    This is a child's rocking toy Vespa scooter. Way cooler than a rocking horse!
    Vespa is in great shape, steel with a chrome metal base.
    Rocks easily.
    Needs a new lens cover for the head light.
    Very high quality.
    Measures 42" long x 22" tall x 16" wide
