1960's Vintage 12" Metro Police Toy Motorcycle w' Lights & Sounds

bought at an estate sale and not sure if it works but everything else from there worked. It is in great condition for its age.  Came from an elderly man who was a police officer in the military in the 60's and 70's. I don't have batteries so I can't test it. I'm selling it as is.
