This 1969 GTO is for sale by Gateway Classic Cars DFW. This is a gorgeous head turner & award winner. This baby was born a real 24237 VIN GTO and features a glass-like paint job and the body looks great, as do the panel gaps and famous Endura nose. PHS Documents available It is a gorgeous goat, no doubt. For the purists, it was code 53-D (Warwick Blue) originally, with a black vinyl top. Under the hood, you will find the original YS code 400 big block, and large valve "62" heads (72cc), with matching J188 date codes. The 69 GTO base 400 was rated at a conservative 350 horses, with stump-pulling 445 ft-lbs. of torque. This car not only looks great, but it is an absolute pleasure to drive. Power finds its way to the asphalt through a 10-bolt rear. front Wilwood discs help assure a safe stop. In 1969, the GTO grew up a bit with a more modern dash, better cylinder heads, no more vent windows, and updated grills / rear bumper. It surely gets the looks and represents a time, and the manufacturer sadly no longer in existence.
The Exterior features a solid body, Triple Black (Interior, Exterior, vinyl top), Factory hood tachometer(not working at the time of check-in).
Recent work done to the car includes 4 New Bearings, New Front Struts (2), New Wiper Motor/Blades, New Horn, New seat belts, 4 new Springs, New Gas Tank, Newly Tinted Windows

General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis.  Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale.  If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced.  Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a document fee of 9.73.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
