These are 1987-1991 Federal Duck Stamps issues.  Scott's Cat # RW54-RW55-RW56-RW58.
Four Single , , .5, Face Value Stamps.
The Stamp are Mint Never Hinged.
Photos are High Resolution with 2 differing backgrounds

RW54 has short perforation on left side face side (See Photo 3).  RW55 Has a slight Gum break on right gum side (See Photo 4 ).  RW56 has a slight crimp on lower right as seen from gum side (See Photo 5).  RW58 has dent on upper right as seen from gum side (See Photo 6).

When shipping, Stamps are Protected.  The Stamps/Sheets/Booklets are wrapped in wax paper, fastened to stiffened backing to protect edges, fastened within a manila folder, and inserted into envelope.  Also, I use a variety and combination of newer/older postage stamps when mailing.
