20 inch x 20 inch piece of premium grade BLACK CARPET covering. This small piece is a good size for repairing and/or doing patch work.
Look in our store for other sizes and lengths.
We cut and measure each piece by hand from a bulk roll that's 4 feet wide.
It is folded as compact as possible when packaged for shipping to keep the cost low for everyone.
This is the same carpet we use for projects in our shop and it looks great! Check out the pictures of our demo car.
It is the commercial fabric material professionals choose to cover all types of sub boxes, speaker cabinets, DJ road cases, and for lining car trunks. It is best applied using a spray adhesive.
This is NOT a cheap product. We have done hundreds of carpet projects and worked with all types of box carpet. In our opinion, this material by Vital Wave is by far the best and easiest to use.

It's lightweight, flexible, and has just enough "stretch" to always achieve excellent results.
Take note: carpeting boxes, trunks, etc. requires some practice and skill. Especially with more complicated angles and curves.
Here's some pro installation tips...
Have a box of razor blades handy and change them often! Sharp blades are the key to doing a good job. If the carpet isn't cutting like butter replace the blade. Carpet blades work best but utility knives are good too. Avoid the small flat blades for window scrapers.
Make sure you have a flat metal straight edge. This is necessary for precision cuts and seems. If possible, when wrapping a box, overlap carpet and make a single cut for a perfect seem. Always keep seems in places where they will look good.
Use a good quality spray adhesive. The best products will allow you to immediately re-position the fabric and fix an error. Avoid contact cement, it dries too quick and can be messy.
Spray an adequate amount of adhesive to cover the surface you're working on. Use a thinner layer on the carpet itself.
Smooth the carpet on the surface and allow to dry.
Covering and cutting smaller areas at a time will often yield the best results.
Carpet will attract sawdust, lint, and dirt.
Make sure your work area is clear before you start your project. Course cleaning brushes work best on the material.
Finally, think about what you're doing and take your time!
Hopefully those few tips will help you out. With a little practice carpeting almost anything is pretty easy. There's no simpler way of getting a professional looking finish.
