Thanks for looking. Offered, is an American Flyer O Gauge Tin Litho 9900 Zephyr Set. Running set, has manual direction switch on the side of the power car. Set ran well in forward and reverse when tested. Headlight works as well, but is a bit dim. I will see if I have a brighter headlight to swap out. Wheels turn smoothly with no binding. Pickup shoe is present with moderate wear. Wiring appears original and is free of damage. There looks to be one added wire that was snipped off short. Not sure what it may have been for. There is a spot of solder present just under the cab floor. It is not holding anything in place. Litho is good on all 3 units. There is play wear, scuffs and scratches present, but still a nice set. All wheels and pins to connect the cars are present. Coach and observation are lighted, but look as though the pickups were altered. Friction / electrical tape is wrapped around the first axle on each car. There is also some tape keeping tension on the pickup assemblies. I tested them, and they do work. No issues with shorting. Look to be modified factory lighting. Set weighs over 2 pounds safely packed for shipping. There are several shipping options given for this item.
