Antique Late 1800s Winchester Cap Primer Tin No. 2 1/2

For auction is an original antique brass tin that originally held Winchester Primers No. 2 1/2. It is marked with a patent date of 18XX (paper missing). The primers were manufactured by Winchester Repeating Arms Co. The tin originally held 250 primers and measures 1 1/2" in diameter by 3/4" tall. The tin is empty.
