This Enhanced Vision Pebble HD Magnifier is AS IS where it turns on, charges, but loops startup screen without allowing you to use magnifier. This comes with charging cable, USB cable, pocket case, and manuals.
Shipping Details:
Shipping is determined by USPS using buyer zip code & weight of item (automatically calculated). Shipped USPS Priority Mail w/ confirmation. Handling fee you see is insurance. Item does not ship without it
- International buyers: We only ship items using the Global Shipping Center. You (the buyer) will pay us (the seller) the U.S. shipping fee for shipping to the GSC in the U.S.
