    This patch was introduced in 2009.
    It is a new, large size 4" wide and 4.7" tall color patch (this is the Cape Cod patch with the top arc removed).
    It is computer sewn, 40% embroidered on white cloth, with a laser cut edge and a plastic (sew-on only) sealed back.
