    Bought for my husband to gain fitness after surgery, I use the method as well. It is perfect for my needs too as I have suffered with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis for the last 14 years. There are days when energy is in very scarce supply, but I can still use some of the exercises to keep some muscle tone. I use it as needed when other exercise is impossible.
