This exceptionally nice starter set is complete and in like-new condition (could easily pass for new). The track and cars were set up and used just one time! The billboard, telephone poles, smoke fluid, terminal wires and manuals are still in sealed packaging. The loco, cars, track and transformer come in their original packaging. The locomotive and transformer have been tested and work fine.
