Merlin HD OCR Elite MR2E1E24A Enhanced Vision NON-Working

Description

Merlin HD OCR Elite MR2E1E24A Enhanced Vision. Needs to be sent to Enhanced Vision to be fixed. I tried upgrading the firmware with help from someone at Enhanced Vision. The firmware would never update. He said I would have to send the machine in to them to determine the cost of fixing the machine.
The machine is sold as is, and parts only! The machine does not work!
The machine will come with the power cable and adapter, the USB controller, and a USB cable to hook up to the machine for firmware update.
