charge of protecting our shores close to home.
This plaque is made of solid wood with gold presentation lettering and a metal middle medallion of the Coast Guard logo. It has metal rivets on the back for easy hanging. Authentic items from the Coast Guard are harder to find than most military branches; this it a nice one.

As seen. The wood is in very good condition. There is a small mark on the top edge. The center metal medallion has some light scratching and aging to metal.
