    Description

MLB Authenticated - Willson Contreras Single To Alex Gordon Off Brad Keller (which by my count is Contreras‘s 404th career hit!). Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. On August 6, 2020, the Chicago Cubs visited the Kansas City Royals at Kauffman Stadium. Brad Keller started for the Royals, while Tyler Chatwood went for the Cubs. In the top of the fourth, Javy Baez led off by striking out. Kyle Schwarber followed that with a walk. Willson Contreras then came to bat. He fouled off the first pitch. Keller then HELD THIS BALL IN HIS HAND!! He threw a slider, and CONTRERAS RIPPED THIS BALL TO ALEX GORDON TO LF, moving Schwarber to second. (Yes, that means Alex Gordon touched this ball too!) This ball was then retired. Jason Heyward followed with a strikeout. Victor Caratini singled, but Schwarber couldn’t score. Nico Hoerner closed out the inning by grounding out to Ryan O’Hearn. The Cubs fell to the Royals 13-2, getting no hits from Kris Bryant, Anthony Rizzo, Jason Kipnis, David Bote, Josh Phegley, or Albert Amora. This ball is MLB Authenticated for Contreras‘s single to Gordon off Keller. Thank you for purchasing!!
