Very Rare BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED MTH / Rail King / FDNY ( New York City Fire Department ) RESCUE 2 RTR ( Ready to Run ) SET FEATURING A PROTO-SOUND 2.0   NW-2  Diesel Locomotive  & REMOTE CONTROL
This set  includes an MTH DCS model # 50-1012 Wireless Hand Held Remote Control ( requires 2 AA Batteries - not included )  and the IR receiver lock-on.
Also includes a 31" circle of  track , MTH Z-750 75 watt Transformer, wires , directions , 2 Freight cars & a Work Caboose
This 2002 set is Still FACTORY SEALED and in the ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX.
It is an RTR - Ready To Run Set as it includes track , transformer and remote control
The trains feature the NEW YORK CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT RESCUE COMPANY 2 Colors & Logos
Many Proto 2 functions ! With great firefighting talking dialogs ( rail sounds , engine sounds , station sounds & firefighter talking sequences ,  bells , siren & horn sounds. The 9 volt rechargeable Proto 2 battery in the locomotive will most likely have to be re-charged - by putting the locomotive on the track in neutral for 24 hours , with the included transformer turned on , before the proto functions will operate ( as the instructions state ).
