Old Enamel United States US Coast Guard 1790 Pin Semper Paratus with attached acronym pin.
Condition is "Used".
This is a VERY SMALL lapel pin, with attached acronym pin.  Two parts with linking chain.  Both roll clasps for pins on back work.  Looks like an enameled center, surrounded by motto Semper Paratus, and then another enameled circular section with United States Coast Guard 1790.  Crossed anchors present.
