RARE Lionel #30027 Neiman Marcus Railroad Holiday Express Set, New In Box

This is an example of new old stock.  This rare train set expressly made for the high end department store NEIMAN MARCUS in 2005 is in perfect condition.  The box is in excellent condition and when we lifted the top cover for pictures, it appears that the trains are all in the original plastic bags and the parts were never opened and train set has never been removed and set up as far as I can tell.  I see there is a lower covered area that hold track, tranformer nd I expect more.  It looks never touched so I only took picture of that area and didn't dig deeper...The set looks untouched and unopened so I left it that way.  I might take a peek before I ship to buyer to make sure its all intact and new down there just to be absolutely sure.
