The Core Gear You Need To Do 6 Weeks of THE WORK
To optimize your results from 6 Weeks of THE WORK, you’ll have to outfit yourself with the right equipment. We’ve assembled several pieces of equipment to help you on your workout journey in one convenient package (dumbbells not included).
Resistance Loops
Build strength and sculpt muscle from head to toe with these ultra-portable resistance tools. You have your choice of two different sizes (9-inch or 12-inch), and each size comes with three loops of varying resistance (light, medium, and heavy), so you can continue to challenge yourself as you become stronger.
To determine which size Resistance Loops you need:
If you are over 5'10" or want to lose 30 lbs. or more, we recommend that you choose the 12-inch loops.
Otherwise, choose the 9-inch loops.
Resistance loops contain natural rubber latex which may cause severe allergic reactions.
Strength Slides and Booties
Place the slides under your hands or feet to create an unstable training surface that increases core activation and engages muscles you never knew you had. The included booties will allow you to use the slides on a variety of smooth surfaces throughout your home.
Chin-Up Bar
Develop and strengthen your shoulders, back, and arms with this high-grade training tool.
