    Description

    This is a new, never used, fully embroidered patch for the US Coast Guard Cutter Elm, from when it was home ported in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. Made approximately 2004. It depicts the ship underway working a buoy, with Cape Lookout Lighthouse close by.
