Vintage 1930s Speed-O-Byke Pedal Motorcycle, Rare Children's Bicycle Toy

Just picked up this mid to late 1930s Speed-O-Byke.
Seems to have  had an amateur restoration at one point in ite life, but now showing some wear and age. Missing a few oringal pieces, be we are not bicycle experts so can't say exactly what they can be. Please look at all the photos, as they are part of the description and condition report.
