Vintage AL-5 Shotgun Powder, empty tin, collectible shotgun powder by Alcan.  Nobelkrut = Nobel gunpowder, as shown on the side.  The container has a cardboard body with a tin bottom, top and lid.
"This Smokeless Powder is carefully manufactured and blended to give uniform and accurate ballistic results when loaded with properly selected components. Red Flakes have been added to AL-5 for positive identification."  Not many of these old powder tins survived, this one did.
