Vintage California Highway Patrol Police Motorcycle. Battery cover is missing, takes a 9 volt battery but I could not get it to work. I would imagine it makes noises and the lights light up. Measures a little over 10 inches long to give you an idea of size. Not sure of the manufacturer, only marked Made in Taiwan. Guessing this is from the late 70s to early 80s. In very good cosmetic condition.
