I package VERY well, and have a great track record of getting everything to each buyer intact. I generally use the US Post Office for items under 1lb and FedEx for heavier items. FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box, therefore the USPS is your only option and your shipping fees WILL increase substantially (30% - 75% ish). To circumvent the increased USPS charges and you becomng irritated for paying more for shipping, please use a non PO Box. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:: Please email me before bidding/buying so I can quote you an international shipping price. (Generally 1-2 lbs to Asia/Europe is around ) International shipping rates can be VERY expensive. The USPS International First Class (4 lb limit) is MUCH less expensive (& jas limited tracking) than International Priority Mail. I have a 100% delivery track record on International first class (Argentina, Australia, France, Canada, England, Israel, Japan, Singapore, Korea, New Zealand, Thailand, ...). I only guarantee your item while it is in the hands of the U.S. Postal Service. Once your item enters another country's customs screening process I cannot and will not guarantee its delivery. I will attempt to place small items in boxes as in some countries, envelopes and small boxes end up in postal employees pockets. If it is important for you to have international insurance and or accurate & complete tracking then you must request a shipping quote from me using International Priority Mail, (see below). International Priority Mail: This is substantially more expensive than International First Class, but it is faster, and the tracking is better. One pound to Canada will cost about , shipping to other countries costs about for 1 lb & the rates go UP from there. Sometimes items get damaged in shipment. If your package is damaged upon receipt from the carrier, take pictures of all sides of the package
prior to opening the package
. After the exterior pics are taken, open the box and take pics of the item in its secondary packaging. Remove the secondary packaging and take several pics of the damaged item to include: One overall pic, one medium range pic and one detailed close-up pic of the damage. Save the damaged box, all packaging as well as the damaged item for the Carrier Service Insurance investigation.
Contact the carrier and myself and forward all pics to each of us.
Be patient as Insurance refunds can take several weeks. If you are an impatient "hothead" find another place to do your business.
